Circumstance: |
A homicide suspect, upset with the Metropolitan Police, entered Police Headquarters with an assault weapon. He then entered the Cold Case squad of the Homicide Branch. The suspect shot and killed Sergeant Daly, without warning, and also killed two F.B.I. Agents, Michael J. Miller and Martha Martinez. The suspect also wounded another F.B.I. Agent and a citizen, before committing suicide. |
