I will never forget the BRATWURST. I go to Europe twice a year. I feel so at home when I am there. After Germany, we moved to South Carolina. I played football/baseball at Spring Valley High School. I decided to go to the University of Kentucky on a football scholarship. I was a pro prospect, but got hurt. That's life. I moved to NYC to start my carreer in acting. got my break in a film called BULL DURHAM. Costarring w/Kevin Costner.
Now I produce Independent movies. But this year I will make my first documentary, about the Puerto Rican soldiers who fought in Vietnam. Called, JIBAROS EN VIETNAM.
Taking my pop back Nov 1st-22nd.

I left Germany in 1977. I hated moving and missed my friends in Germany very much. I lived in Schweinfurt and would love to hear from anyone who remembers me. Some of my best memories are the bus rides, Mr. Hardin's creative writing class meditations, he was cool. I loved the AYA dances, hanging around on Popular Street, and being with my friends. My email address is mayfair155@yahoo.com.  This site has made me smile, thanks Bob for the great job !!!

After we left Würzburg in 74, my dad was stationed at Ford Hood, Texas. He retired in 77 and we moved back to Oklahoma. I was married in 78 to a great guy that I am still married to. I have one son, age 20. I have been working in Human Resources for the past 8 years.  My brother Dale was friends with Tim Carlton, and I think he was going with Cathy Kelly when we went back to the states. I think she lived in the same bldg. that we did. I was good friends with Darlene Schwachenwald and Jenny Heller at the time. The night before we left for the states we all went to an AYA dance. I remember walking back across the field to home, arm and arm with Darlene, Steve Carr, my brother Dale. There were others but I can't remember.

After returning to the states I went to a J.C. in Douglas AZ and learned to fly. Not really knowing what to do with my life after that I moved to Tucson and continued my college career. Well... several years and several majors later I finally had too many credits to keep going. Without a job and without plans I hit the road to see old friends and new places.
Lockheed caught up with me while on the road and flew me out to beautiful Burbank for an interview. I didn't think much of it but when I got back to AZ I had a job offer! Well, I never thought I liked California but I have been here ever since.
I took up flying again in 90 and started building a Long EZ in 1992. Now I have one in the hangar and one in the garage. I am beginning to think I have too many projects so if you are looking for a Long EZ or a 1931 one and a half ton truck…

Best Memory:  Do I have to choose? First bier, first love, first ski trip, first concert, culture immersion, BRATWURST! The list goes on and on.
