Daughter of CW4 Ronnie L. Shelley (1935-1993) and Ada M. Shelley (1935-2010).  Siblings are Cathy (Shelley) Muffett, Ken Shelley, Ronnie Shelley II (1957-2011), and John Shelley.  We resided in Marshall Heights from 1972-1975.  I moved to Houston, Texas, after graduating from  college in Fayetteville, NC, and have stayed rooted here.  Married 28 years to a wonderful man (Rey) and blessed with 2 sons (Nicholas & Michael).  I continue to work in the banking/finance industry.
I LOVED those AYA dances, German-American carnivals, Bierfests, snow-tubing down the fields and dodging shouts and salt rock pellets from the farmers, the arrival of the gummi-man in the housing area.  So many fond memories.

January 06, 2000
Married for a few years, divorced since 1990 with one terrific 12 years old son- David. Lived in Boca Raton, FL. for many years was employed at Gymboree as a Regional Director of the Southeast. Recently moved to Atlanta (Marietta), GA. currently employed at BellSouth as Director of Retail Operations & Strategy. Most recent addition to our family is "Cesar" a Golden Retriever puppy.
Best Memory:  Hanging out with my best friend Angie Massoth (we are meeting again the 2nd weekend in January) and Cathy Kelly, Nancy Gastright. Traveling to London and Paris without our parents! Worst memory- hiding from Debbie in the yellow windbreaker for 1 year!
Update: Marietta, GA, January 08, 2006, I am a proud single parent of a terrific 18 year freshman, majoring in bio-medicine. I think he turned out to be quite an amazing young man and will continue into adulthood as a very respectful, kind, driven and caring adult (I owe this to womankind or at least my future daughter-in-law).
I live in Atlanta, Georgia and welcome any and all old friends...'ya'll' can come visit anytime!  Currently employed at Cingular Wireless as the Executive Director of Retail Operations & Strategy. Fast-paced, ever changing job...it sure keeps me busy! I am an admitted recovering workaholic.
Best Memory:  Hanging out with my 'best friend for life'...Angie (Massoth) Conrad and of course Cathy Kelly, Cindy Massoth, Natalie Allison and Nancy Gastright! All of our travels to great hot spots like London and Paris...without 'real' adult supervision...what were our parents thinking? As for the guys? Scott Latham, Dean Hill, Carl Holditch and Mike Jones all come to mind for some reason...what crazy times. I'm sure I've left out a few key people, but after almost 30 years...it's hard to keep those memories vivid and alive.
I've been very fortunate to have been able to connect with a few old Wurzburg friends recently...Hello to Rick Marzan (fish tacos!), Angie and Cindy Massoth (girls weekend in Chicago or Atlanta March '06?)... and just this past weekend (Jan '06) I had a nice afternoon with Cathy Kelly...after almost 20 years! Everyone looks amazing...must've been something in the German air...hmmm...maybe it was the beer? Or maybe these kind of special friendships never change?

After graduating in 1977, a year early, I returned to Fayetteville, NC. I met and married the father of my children in 1978. Should have know I was a military brat at heart, this marriage only lasted five years. Then I met "my military man." We have been married for 13 years. After his Army days were finished we moved to Washington to e near his family. I am a case manager at the local DSHS, and the proud mother of two children. My oldest, Jimmy will be graduating in 5 weeks and Amber is my 16 year old that "knows everything." The BEST or worst depending on who you are talking to is I AM NO LONGER shy nor am I quiet. If only I could do high school all over.....
Best Memory:  Hanging out with Jim Wilds, MY FIRST LOVE, Tammy Bryant, Tammy Walls, Diane and Rosie Szatori and watching Chuck Whitt drive the VW at the race track in Schweinfurt~

Harold Milton
Littleton, CO
Graduated from Andress High in El Paso, Tx. after coming in 2nd in the state @ 98lbs (thanks Mr. Sellers!!)!! Tried UTEP for 2 semesters but decided I needed out of the desert! Joined the US Navy in 78 and moved to San Diego for 10 years (I saw Tony Silock and kept up with Ron and Tony Roberts for a few years). Asked for and received a transfer to Japan in '87 where I met my beautiful wife. I still find it strange that I went all the way to Japan to marry someone from L.A. We've been married 11 years but they've been rough! We're still here but who knows by reunion time!!  (Shauna, Lori, Angie watch out!!):)After leaving the Navy in '90, we moved to Guam to dodge the recession. That worked until we decided to become more of a part of my stepson's life as he started high school. Moved back to CONUS in '93 and I needed to go where I could focus on getting my A and P license so we moved to Denver, Co. Got the license, worked for American (AMR Combs) for about 5 minutes and decided I loved working on airplanes for ! 12 years in the Navy but it's way different in "the real world" and I hated it!! Started getting various licenses and certifications to run various commercial and residential properties. Did that for about 4 years. Did the quick karma clean by becoming the operations manager for Catholic Charities' homeless shelter here in Denver for 2 years and decided I had to make money or I'd become a resident soon. I now own and operate my own business called The Maintenance Guru. It's only me but I have a great boss!! Favorite memory: Though it was teasing me, I never laughed as hard a when we went to play in a football game and Vic King and "Buda" told every one on the bus that the little bumps under my eyes formed cause a monkey peed on my face and I got the nickname "Monkey bumps".

Paul Mooradian
Fairfield, CA
After graduation, I left Germany and spent a year at UMASS Amherst, rooming with Bob Montalto. After a year long, non-stop party, I left and went to West Point (BIG change!) where I graduated in '82. I spent the next five years doing the Airborne Ranger bit at Ft. Benning, GA and Ft. Bragg, NC. After getting orders to Kitzingen, decided to get out of the Army and sell medical equipment. Spent the next few years in PA and MD, then moved out to CA in '96 in the SF Bay area. Travel throughout the western 1/3 of the US weekly and get back to Boston every few months. I try and stop off in Springfield, VA to visit the folks on my trips back to MA. Spend my free time really enjoying CA with my wife and 3 kids. Also like to rebuild and race Porsches at some of the west coast tracks while trying not to kill myself. Best memory: Driving Montalto's piece of junk, purple Fiat down the Autobahn at 120+ mph for hours at a time, praying that the wheels wouldn't fall off.

Julie Watson now Rae Watson
Lawrence, Kansas
How many pages do we have? In typical Military Gypsy fashion, I have lived in New Mexico, Utah, Northern and Southern California, Nevada and Kansas since leaving Germany. I returned once there for a Holiday trip and returned to my birthplace in England twice. To make a long story short, I have done nothing special, been no one but myself, and have attempted to spread magic and laughter to those I come in contact with. I suppose my claim to fame is having been one of the first female bartenders in a casino in Reno NV in 1984, Fitzgeralds was the first Reno casino to allow women off the cocktail waitress grind and into pouring drinks. I'm glad to have been a pioneer. Today I teach and perform BellyDance, and hope to continue to empower women everywhere to get in the Spirit of dance. I also teach workshops on my own dance fusion, Spirit-Dance. (Thank you Marlene Verny for encouraging me to continue to dance! You were a catalyst and an inspiration to me.)  Check out my flyer on www.thorheim.com/roya The thorheim.com site is my room-mate and best friend, Rand's labor of love and work. He's not responsible for my lack of a decent informative website :) oh, and the name thing...well, Rae has always been my middle name and now that's the one I go by, when I'm not performing or teaching as Roya the dancer!
