Six months after graduation, I met a wonderful man named Bobby Thigpen who asked me to marry him four days after meeting him on Christmas Eve 1968. We were engaged for 18 months and married June 1970. We are still happily married! We have four children (two of them from our union) and nine grandchildren. I worked as a teller and administrative assistant before having to medically retire in 1989 due to complications from polio. I am presently active in my church and love to sing in our choir. I am proud and happy to know Jesus Christ as my Lord & Savior, who is returning soon (the best thing I have ever done!).

Traveled a bit more, then back home (TEXAS) and married my hometown high school sweetheart. Spent time and a tour in Viet Nam with the Air Force where they taught me computers. Worked for Civil Service after that in many capacities. Have pretty much been a Texas boy since getting married. Now work for an Internet Provider Service.
Best Memory:  Traveling Germany with the Wrestling Team. Early morning snow on the hilltops.
